We are looking for Brokers and agents in your area to handle "Limited Service" Flat Fee MLS listings. You must be an active real estate agent and a member of your local MLS. You must be employed by a Realty and have written permission from your Broker In Charge to work with flat fee listings.
This is a great way to earn easy extra income in addition to your regular real estate business.
Here's how it works...
Sellers sign up on one of our websites to list their home and pay a non-refundable small upfront flat fee. ($100-$200 to you).
The listing is for a maximum 12 month term and they can cancel at any time.
We then forward their information to you if their home is located in your area. You then contact the seller, email them the necessary state required listing forms and disclosures. The seller will then email/fax back the completed forms and pics of their home and you list the home on the MLS. Everything is done electronically !
The sellers are aware they still have to pay a Buyer's agent commission which you are also eligible for if you procure the buyer. After the home sells, you can become the Buyer's agent for the client on the purchase of their next home, or refer them to an agent in another region for a referral fee.
There is absolutely no fee to you to join our network, we are just looking for reliable, professional, and trustworthy agents and brokers to work with.
